Hotel people stressed, being rude to support. Room small, problem in the restroom not fixed. Too expensive for what it offers

Linda a localização do hotel, com uma vista fantástica! Mas acho importante ressaltar o difícil acesso. Não recomendo para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. (uma escadaria sem fim)

A proposta de café da manhã no quarto é super legal, pena que todos os dias o café veio errado, faltando algo que pedimos e com itens que não haviamos pedido

Esperas is a truly magical place. The accommodation , setting and staff make this a place for a truly memorable holiday. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff cannot do enough for you. This property is the only one to have a pool in this part of Oia. You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets from your own balcony avoiding the rush of the tourists unlucky not to be staying on the sunset side of the Island. Directly above Amoudi bay it is perfect for boat trips and Amoudis famous seafood restaurants.

The breakfast was good but lacked variation and the pool could have been hoovered. It wasn't done while we stayed........but the water clarity and chlorination was fine. Just dirt and dust that could have easily been removed. But this was a minor issue and does not detract from the overall experience of this unique and beautiful resort.

The Esperas Traditional Houses has breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding area. People travel every night to get a look at the magnificent sunset in Oia. All we had to do was sit on our balcony to see the most gorgeous sunset I have ever seen.

Nothing - it's perfect.

We had great 3 days in this brilliant location with direct view to the little port underneath and Thirasia island on the other side. The perfect location!! We would always come back here it was great. The town Oia is such an amazing location with winded tiny paths. Esperas is a great place to stay, friendly and proactive - with international guests. A peaceful place to inhale the spirit of Santorini. We found the place fantastic to watch the sunset too. Just perfect and we would recommend Esperas to everybody.

The mattress was uncomfortable

Start from the emails communication before our stay, they let me feel I can relax and enjoy holidays there, and we did! The room with balcony, the pool, the staff, the sea view are all just perfect! I also love the lovely honeymoon welcome they gave us, so sweet~ You really won't need to anything just leave yourself to the beautiful Aegean sea and the staff in Esperas will take care of you. Can't wait to go back again~

Stay two nights is definitely too short!

Beautiful place with an extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Esperas is located in the most amazing part of Oia offering views that are breath taking. You can also watch the sunset from your private balcony. We loved waking up every day to the view and sound of the ocean. The staff were friendly & helpful and the pool was a unique experience. We spent 7 nights there and will be back!

Not a complaint but something to note - there are many steps in the hotel and around Oia generally. If you don't like climbing or that kind of exercise you might find it challenging. But in my mind it's worth it for the view.

Just beautiful! Superb views, gorgeous setting, extremely helpful and friendly staff, cute and comfortable accommodation (we stayed in a studio, which was surprisingly roomy and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay - appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine too!), nice pool, and liked the buffet breakfast which had a good choice. Mostly we just adored the setting - perched on the cliffs with stunning views over the sea, right in the heart of Oia yet managing to be tucked away from the passing daytrippers and tourists, so the main background noise was the soothing 'swish' of the waves below. With our own private terrace overlooking the sunset, equipped with sun loungers and a table and chairs to eat al fresco if we wished. Wonderful!! Would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway (although you do need to be able to negotiate the many steps - not for the physically challenged). Oia is one of the prettiest places we saw on the island, even with the throng of tourists it is possible to find a peaceful corner to relax in. The little port of Amoudi is cute and the fresh fish in the restaurant was excellent (although very expensive!). We also found a nice place nearby to swim from the rocks (as the beach nearby did not suit us - very rocky and the waves were a little too rough to tempt us in). The weather at the end of Sep was still hot and sunny, with a refreshing sea breeze.

No problems at all with the hotel! Absolutely loved everything! Regarding location, those looking for a 'beach' holiday may be disappointed, as it is quite a hike down the hill to the sea, (or rather the return journey back up the hill is quite strenuous, although fun, dodging the donkeys/mules which have not yet learned how to give way to pedestrians!) Overall though, it is difficult to find fault with anything: The views from the hotel alone are so breathtaking that we didn't want to leave our peaceful corner of paradise...

The staff was incredibly accommodating - calling the airline for us when our flight was cancelled due to a strike and preparing a breakfast for us for our 5 am departure. I can't say enough about the great location and incredible staff!
